Lessons in leadership
During this my BUSN-164 course, I've learned to evaluate my words and deeds through a more managerial lens. Not everything needs to be shared, and the topics that are have multiple means of being expressed properly. Also realized the only way I'll willingly go into management is to protect my crew or team.
The power of continuous learning
While studying in this course, my previous awareness of the fact that you never stop learning has been reinforced. There will always be something new to learn, be it a new process at work or a new recipe in the kitchen. And that most lessons aren't always obvious.
